Choose one measurable flow
Examples include answering approved FAQs, collecting enquiry details, routing qualified leads, checking order status from an approved source, or coordinating an appointment request.
The useful starting point is not “put AI on WhatsApp.” It is one clear customer journey—such as FAQ support, lead qualification or appointment intake—with explicit consent, approved messaging rules and an easy handoff to a person.

Customers should not be trapped in automation. Define escalation triggers for uncertainty, complaints, payment questions, sensitive requests and anything outside the approved knowledge base.
Decide how the business obtained permission to contact the user and which messages are transactional, support-related or promotional.
Use approved business information—FAQs, catalog data, policies or documents—and define what the assistant must not invent.
Collect only the fields needed for the workflow. Make ownership and retention rules clear before connecting a CRM or spreadsheet.
Separate the automation logic from the messaging provider. Provider approval, templates, rate limits and fees are operational dependencies.
High-impact actions such as quotations, refunds or account changes should use explicit business rules and human approval where appropriate.
Track useful outcomes such as qualified enquiries, handoff rate, answer coverage and unresolved questions—not just message volume.
Separate implementation from recurring provider charges. Development covers workflow, integrations, UI/admin needs, knowledge handling, QA and deployment. Messaging/provider, AI/API, hosting and ongoing support may recur and should be shown separately before purchase.
Automation should follow the messaging provider’s rules, customer consent and the approved business flow. Human handoff should remain available.
A configured provider flow can deliver approved documents, but a simple wa.me link does not automatically attach a PDF. Provider capability and consent must be verified.
Choose a repetitive, measurable flow with clear inputs and a safe human fallback, such as FAQ support or enquiry qualification.
